Point 4 Baseball

Updated: May 24, 2020

4 tenths of a second is how long a 95 mph fastball takes to reach home plate. Of course, a pitch could take up to .5 tenths of a second depending on the speed and release point, but the standard is 4 tenths of a second. During the .4 seconds; the pitcher, fielder, and hitter must be extremely prepared and have ultimate focus on the specific task at hand.
