1/12 - 1 Wheel Atec softball pitching machine is ready for use

12/14 - All working

12/13 - The 3-wheel machine took a baseball to the power cord in a spot that ripped the connector off the speed controller board.  I should be able to fix it today and be back working Tuesday.

​

5/1 - Update - Hittrax has been calibrated and is now working.

​

Everything is now fully operational.

​

5/1 - The 3-wheel pitching machine speed controller has been replaced and is now working.  

​

HitTrax is still not working, but it may be back up this weekend if we can get it calibrated.

​

4/29 - The guys from HitTrax looked at the unit and did an evaluation today.  They came to the conclusion that one of the cameras is not working properly and another new unit is needed to replace it.  This will take at least a few days and I was told we should have a new one late next week (by 5/7).

​

I appologize for any inconvience and HitTrax has ensured me they will get a new unit to us ASAP.

​

4/29 - A new HitTrax system was installed a couple weeks ago, but one of the cameras that tracks the balls is not working all the time.  I have contacted HitTrax and they are working on the problem.  

​

The 3-wheel pitching machine speed controller to replace the damaged one will be in Friday.

​

4/26 - The 3-wheel pitching machine speed control board was hit and broke.  A new one is ordered and is schedule to arrive 4/30 (Friday).

​

Both monitors are now operational.

​

Solar shades have been installed to reduce the sun glare and heat transfer through the windows.

​

4/13 - The new HitTrax unit was installed last night and finished calibration today, so it is now working.

​

I will now start working on getting the TVs fixed as the cable was pulled out of the jack.

​

4/12 - One wheel smaller pitching machine is in the facility available to use in either cage.

​

FedEx is delievring the replacement HitTrax box this evening, I am planning to install late tonight.

​

4/9 - FedEx did not deliver the system today, so HitTrax is still not operational.  I will work with FedEx on Saturday to locate the package.

​

4-8 - HitTrax has shipped a new unit and it will be installed Friday eveing, hoping to have it working by Saturday.

​

The other pitching machine will arrive Friday as well and will be avilable Saturday.

​

Solar screens will be installed on the windows this weekend to help with sun glare and heat.

​

4/6 - HitTrax is shipping a new system that will arrive in afew days.  We hope installing the new box will fix the issue.

The pitching machine has been fixed and is working properly.

 

A new, smaller, pitching machine has been ordered and should be here in a few days.  This is an Atec M1.J that can be more easily moved around the facility.

​

4/5 - HitTrax does not know specifically the issue with the system, only that one of the two tracking cameras is not sending data to the software.

​

The speed controller for the pitching machine is on order and will arrive 4/6.  The machine should be back working sometime Tuesday 4/6.

​

4/4 - The pitching machine speed controller is not working.  Either too much load or a short circuit inside the unit.

​

4/1 - HitTrax is not working properly.  HitTrax is working on fixing the issue.
